Rooted Radiant Collective exists because I know the weight of looking fine on the outside while quietly living in fight or flight. I have been the capable woman who wears the mask, gives too much, and keeps moving through dysregulation instead of healing. I have done the work to come home to myself again.

My mission is simple: to help women rebuild safety, reconnect with their strength, and rise from a grounded, authentic place.

Through nervous system education, somatic practices, Reiki, and intentional living tools, you will explore what supports your healing. Healing is never one size fits all. It is personal, intuitive, and unique for everyone. My role is to offer options, guidance, and space so you can discover what truly resonates with you.

Rooted Radiant Collective will offer both in person and online support, meeting you exactly where you are. This is a space to land, learn, and grow at your own pace.
